Delivery Information

All our shipping is provided by Royal Mail for orders under 2kg, orders over 2kg will be automatically shipped by DPD Local.

We enter all orders placed before 3pm into the delivery network that evening for delivery in line with the shipping service selected.

All our shipments are tracked using the tracking services provided by the relevant courier where possible, a tracking number and the name of the courier will be provided on your shipping confirmation email.

Our delivery rates are:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class £4.50
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class £3.90

Orders over £30 (inc VAT) are shipped for free on the quickest service available.

Tracking info provided on shipping confirmation email where possible.

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

We cannot currently cancel or change orders. Please return your order following the returns process on our returns policy page.
